• Booking confirmation is sent after successful payment.
• Customers are responsible for arriving on time.
• Booking time includes setup and pack down unless otherwise agreed.

• Customers must treat the studio and equipment with care.
• Any damage caused during the booking may incur additional charges.
• Lounge Studios reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate.

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• Prices displayed at checkout are final unless otherwise stated.

• Customers are responsible for their own belongings while using the studio.
• Lounge Studios is not liable for loss or damage to personal property except where required by law.
